About the Associate Inside Sales Representative (SaaS): MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role drives revenue growth through a full-cycle sales motion, focusing on new logo acquisition and territory expansion. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will own the end-to-end sales process—from identifying and engaging high-potential prospects to negotiating and closing deals—while serving as a brand ambassador for our partners. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a quota-carrying environment, preferably within SaaS or technology sales.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate value, handle objections, and build rapport via phone and video.
  • Experience navigating CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and a quick pulse on modern sales productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to diagnose client pain points and map them to specific product benefits.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to implement feedback quickly and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the focus required to manage high-volume activities without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle revenue by owning the entire sales funnel, including outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, and closing.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies involving cold calling, email, and social engagement to generate a consistent pipeline.
  • Rapidly qualify and disposition inbound leads to ensure a high-touch, personalized experience for every prospect.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM standards within Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex technical features into clear, value-driven business solutions for clients.
  • Partner with post-sales and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for all new customers.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and sales methodologies to refine your approach and consistently exceed quarterly targets.
