Requirements

One to three years of being in a customer service or inside sales role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Technically inclined to learn industry-specific software.
Passionate about elevating the customer experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail.

Responsibilities

Serve to quickly turn job-site deficiency reports into sales opportunities for Ahern Fire Protection by partnering with Inspectors and the related inspection/ deficiency reports.
Quickly build relationships via the telephone and turn an opportunity into a service sale.
Work closely with our Inspectors, Superintendents, and Sales Teams to clarify details of individual deficiencies.
Proactively communicate with the necessary individuals and customers to complete timely proposals.
Bring impeccable follow-up skills to maintain regular contact and follow-up with the customer after the submission of the proposal.
Manage the relationship through the follow-up process.
