About The Position

At Anti-Pesto Bug Killers, our Inside Sales team is the first point of contact, and the difference between a missed opportunity and a new customer. We’re looking for someone who can handle inbound leads, ask the right questions, and confidently close business. This is not a call center role where you simply take orders. You’ll be expected to guide conversations, identify real problems, and convert inquiries into paying customers. If you’re uncomfortable asking for the sale or working toward targets, this won’t be the right fit.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales or phone-based sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (PestPac, Field Routes or similar is a plus)

  • Confidence on the phone, you can lead a conversation, not just respond
  • Ability to ask for the sale and close
  • Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs quickly
  • Comfort working in a metrics driven environment
  • Personal accountability for your results

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from potential customers
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand pest issues and urgency
  • Recommend the right services and clearly explain value
  • Prepare quotes and guide customers toward a decision
  • Overcome objections and close sales
  • Track all activity in our CRM
  • Work toward and consistently hit monthly sales targets
  • Occasionally assist with outbound follow-up and reactivations
