Our Remote Inside Sales Representative position is available to candidates based in the states of Kentucky, Arkansas, and Missouri. As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire
  • Must reside in Kentucky, Arkansas, or Missouri
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
  • Must be able to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet service
