Requirements

2+ years of sales or related experience, with a track record of meeting sales goals
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the motivation to identify new opportunities
Willingness to learn, seek feedback, and continuously develop your sales skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach
Identify new sales opportunities and grow business within assigned accounts and territories
Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and solutions to meet their needs
Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies and achieve revenue goals
Prepare and present sales proposals that highlight the value of our products and services
Participate in customer meetings, taking on greater ownership as you develop your skills and confidence
Manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM software
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
Address customer concerns and work toward timely, effective resolutions
Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
