Position Description The HVAC Inside Sales Rep position will assist the Service department with creating quotes from existing service work orders using in-house quoting software. Order equipment and parts as necessary for the operation of the establishment. Prepare timely and accurate quotations for customers. Keep managers informed of pending quotes and service projects. Performs other specific tasks assigned by the Operations Manager and Service Managers. Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrate performance history and general knowledge of the Commercial HVAC Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with minimal direction from management
  • May be required to work on religious holidays
  • When requirements include vehicle operation, responsible for the safety, readiness and operation of the vehicle and must abide by ECS’s safe driving policy
  • Have and maintain a professional image
