About The Position

We're seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in Real Estate Investing (REI) and/or the Roofing industry. This is a fully outbound, high-volume cold-calling role where you'll be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, presenting our client's lead generation services, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing new business. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial cold call through close, selling qualified leads to real estate investment and roofing companies nationwide. The ideal candidate is competitive, resilient, confident on the phone, and understands the challenges and needs of REI and/or roofing businesses. Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling into the REI and/or roofing industry
• Proven success making high-volume outbound cold calls
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Strong closing skills with confidence handling objections and asking for the sale
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
• CRM experience required; Go High Level (Go HighLevel) experience is strongly preferred
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while consistently meeting activity and sales goals
• Working laptop or desktop computer with reliable high-speed internet connection
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and desire to continuously improve

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to roofing companies and real estate investment companies nationwide
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling
• Sell pay-per-lead marketing services using a consultative sales approach
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close
• Build rapport quickly and identify each prospect's lead generation needs and business objectives
• Clearly communicate the value of qualified leads and how the service can help prospects grow their businesses
• Consistently overcome objections and negotiate win-win solutions
• Ask for the sale and close new accounts
• Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM
• Utilize Go High Level (GoHighLevel) to track activities, manage follow-ups, and nurture prospects
• Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities throughout the sales cycle
• Meet and exceed daily activity metrics, weekly sales goals, and monthly revenue targets
• Collaborate with leadership to improve sales strategies and customer experience
• Maintain accurate notes, reporting, and pipeline management while representing the company professionally in every interaction

Benefits

• Base salary: $30,000 - $40,000 annually
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $120,000
• Uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential
