The Inside Sales Representative role will develop strategic business plans for assigned territory that is consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies, and objectives. This role will meet and exceed key performance indicator expectations while demonstrating excellent communication skills both listening and verbal articulation. The Inside Sales Representative will achieve quarterly sales goals with aligned targets and develop pre-call strategy for aligned targets. This role requires success in influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to learn and apply in-depth product knowledge, including information about relevant disease states, and effectively communicate this information to customers to support informed decision making. The Inside Sales Representative will develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, coworkers, and colleagues across different teams and leadership levels within the organization. This involves fostering open communication, building trust, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of goals. The role will effectively utilize software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom and CRM software to complete daily tasks. This includes managing data, coordinating communications, and leveraging these tools to enhance productivity and ensure timely completion of work. The Inside Sales Representative will proactively pursue continuous learning and professional development on sales impact, communication, and product knowledge. Other duties as assigned.
