About The Position

Inside Sales Representative at Duraco Specialty Materials. This is an opportunity to step into an Inside Sales Representative role at Duraco Specialty Materials. Inside Sales plays a key part in supporting our customers, strengthening relationships, and partnering closely with outside sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple customer interactions
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills, particularly by phone
  • Enjoy explaining products, processes, and systems clearly to customers
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus) and structured workflows
  • Work well cross-functionally with sales, operations, technical, and customer service teams
  • Interested in developing sales skills and contributing to revenue growth

  • HubSpot experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with new and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls (approximately 25+ per day)
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Preparing estimates and quotes and following up to support order conversion
  • Partnering with outside sales representatives to ensure coordinated customer coverage
  • Answering application and product questions and identifying cross‑sell opportunities
  • Updating and maintaining customer activity, opportunities, and notes in CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems
  • Supporting growth goals while ensuring a positive, consistent customer experience
