Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A self-starter mindset with a knack for problem-solving and goal achievement.
Comfort with CRM tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Passion for teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with eTeamSponsor’s solutions.
Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
Partner closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and maximize conversion opportunities.
Support our installed base of contracted clients by setting up and launching campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and eTeamSponsor’s evolving product offerings.
