Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter mindset with a knack for problem-solving and goal achievement.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Passion for teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with eTeamSponsor’s solutions.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Support our installed base of contracted clients by setting up and launching campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and eTeamSponsor’s evolving product offerings.
