We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who knows how to build trust, ask good questions, and guide customers toward the right solution. This role is heavily focused on SMS conversations, meaning your ability to communicate like a real human matters a lot more than sounding like a corporate chatbot that escaped from 2012. You'll connect with customers who are actively considering a purchase, help past customers discover new products they'll love, and work closely with a growing brand focused on helping people move comfortably again.
