About The Position

Berger Moving & Storage is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role develops new prospects and works with existing clients by phone and virtually, identifies customer needs, recommends appropriate relocation and storage services, and provides pricing quotes. The representative communicates customer needs and expectations to Move Coordinators and Operations teams, follows up with potential customers and office staff, and supports customer retention and business growth. The role also includes other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Strong presentation, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience at a customer service level.
• Previous experience in residential moving.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with existing clients by phone or virtually.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Berger services and pricing structure.
• Determine customer needs and propose appropriate services.
• Provide price quotes for local and long-distance moving services and storage.
• Clearly and accurately communicate customers’ needs and expectations to Move Coordinators and Operations teams.
• Provide timely follow-up with potential customers and office staff.
• Focus on retaining and growing business for Berger Moving & Storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
