About The Position

We are currently searching for an Electrical Sales Representative to join our team as we continue to grow. This individual will be responsible for scheduling and conducting homebuyer meetings on-site in the design center, interpreting data, builder specifications, and input from other team members. This role also includes assisting with design and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and preferably a basic understanding of electrical and lighting design. They must be detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• 2+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or lighting design (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Microsoft Office (Excel – intermediate level preferred)
• Design software (Bluebeam preferred, CAD, Photoshop, etc.)
• Builder platforms such as SupplyPro (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with homebuyers
• Interpret floor plans, specifications, and schematics
• Assist customers in selecting electrical and lighting design options
• Create bills of materials for electrical installations
• Collaborate with internal teams on design and project details
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks
