About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage more deeply in sales activities, leveraging an understanding of the company's offerings to identify and qualify leads more effectively. You will assist in more detailed customer interactions and support the overall sales strategy by managing records and documenting sales activities. This is a hybrid role out of any of our office locations, with a preferred candidate located in Austin, TX. Requirements

  • 1+ years industry (corporate compliance, registered agent, or similar) experience within an inside sales role
  • Advanced Customer Service Orientation: Deeper understanding of customer needs.
  • Effective Sales Techniques: Enhanced sales tactics and strategies.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: More nuanced and effective communication.
  • Proficient CRM Software Use: Greater comfort with CRM tools.
  • Enhanced Organization: More effective task and time management.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Higher accuracy in records and order processing.
  • Data Analysis: Basic ability to interpret sales data.
  • Detailed Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of products/services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle more complex inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Process and confirm orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records with a higher degree of accuracy.
  • Qualify and prioritize sales leads based on potential value.
  • Record detailed sales prospecting activities.
  • Create and send more complex sales quotes and proposals.
  • Address intermediate customer inquiries about products and services.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for large orders.
  • Support team in managing larger sales projects.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on customer trends.
