Protech Automotive Solutions™ is a leader in advanced vehicle diagnostics and calibration services. We go beyond simply clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) we ensure vehicles are fully restored to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications through precise diagnostics and calibration. Our technicians specialize in Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), bringing deep expertise and a passion for solving complex automotive challenges. At Protech, we are committed to delivering accuracy, safety, and innovation in every vehicle we service. Protech uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a high-activity environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries
  • Qualify prospects by identifying needs, pain points, and decision criteria
  • Effectively present Protech’s services and value proposition to drive conversion
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targets
  • Drive service upsell opportunities and proactively communicate relevant service notifications to customers
  • Accurately document all interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Provide ongoing feedback on lead quality, customer insights, and messaging effectiveness to improve overall sales performance
