About The Position

We're looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Pittsburgh, PA location. This candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships through phone, email, and digital communication. This role focuses on qualifying leads, setting appointments, and assist the Regional Vice President (RVP) in closing sales without in-person meetings. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, reaching out to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and set meetings
  • Comfortable using CRM software and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities and pass to RVP
  • Have an understanding of products and services and addressing needs and objections
  • Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update customer information in the CRM system (Zoho)
  • Update and track all sales goals, contract status and generate sales meeting packets
  • Utilize Zoominfo, Ibanknet.com, FDIC, NCUA, and state banking websites, etc. to identify organizations and individuals for opportunities in Design/Build, Consulting, Branding and Technology
  • Assist in meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and preconstruction
  • Attend all internal sales meetings and workshops
  • Assist in developing proposals, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist the RVPs with the development of prospecting lists and marketing campaigns
  • Actively participate with conference planning, execution and setting meetings, lunches & dinners with clients and prospects
  • Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and market trends
  • Support marketing campaigns by assisting in developing contact lists, following up on inbound leads generated through digital and print channels
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer responses, objections, and campaign effectiveness
  • Assist in developing sales collateral, email templates, and outreach scripts in coordination with marketing
  • Participate in promotional events, webinars, and product launches
  • Act as the primary backup for developing contracts and agreements
  • Develop and review all proposals for accuracy and completeness
  • Research prospective accounts to identify key decision-makers and business needs prior to outreach
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends to inform sales strategy
  • Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify patterns and areas for improvement
  • Compile and share market intelligence reports with sales, marketing, and the Chief Strategy Officer
