About The Position

Ditch Witch West, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a motivated inside sales member to join their team. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Manager and team to drive account penetration and expand market opportunities. This role involves generating new sales leads through database research, prospecting, client referrals, and cold outreach, while actively pursuing opportunities with target customers. Collaboration with Territory Managers to develop opportunities and close sales is key, helping to grow both customer relationships and revenue. Success is achieved by building strong connections with customers, developing a consistent lead pipeline, and contributing to a high-performing team. Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and experience making daily cold calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
