About The Position

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Clinical Chemistry team. In this role, you'll partner with hospitals, physician office laboratories, independent labs, and healthcare professionals to introduce innovative diagnostic solutions that help improve patient outcomes. As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for many customers, helping them discover solutions that fit their laboratory's needs. Your day may include building and maintaining relationships with new and existing laboratory customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings, identifying customer needs and recommending clinical chemistry products and solutions, managing a sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on opportunities, collaborating with field sales representatives and internal teams to support customer success, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact through implementation, staying informed on clinical chemistry products, industry trends, and competitive offerings, meeting individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the broader team, and maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system. This is a remote position.
