The Inside Sales Representative serves as a key point of contact for the Heavy Equipment dealership, managing daily customer interactions and requests. This role maintains consistent communication with manufacturers’ representatives and customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring an elevated level of customer satisfaction. The position requires building strong relationships through effective communication, taking ownership of customer issues, and providing timely updates throughout the resolution process. This is an initiative-taking, outbound focused inside sales role. This role could potentially be remote or hybrid, candidates must live within the McCann Industries area of operations of Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, or Southwest Lower Michigan to facilitate regular one-on-one meetings.
