About The Position

The Inside Sales role will support the Sales team (internal and external), will manage current and future accounts and partnerships to help achieve revenue targets and maintain a positive customer experience. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about solar and renewable energy and is interested in contributing beyond the core responsibility of maintaining day-to-day sales and sales operations. This role will involve collaboration across multiple departments including Marketing, Operations, and Production.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales / customer service / operations role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with data management systems such as an ERP or CRM, Salesforce preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Build new and maintain existing relationships
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion and revenue growth
  • Leverage data and analysis to make decisions and drive accurate forecasting of the business
  • Work closely with other departments to establish strong communication and successful support
  • Support outside sales team with CRM data entry and monitor project progress
  • Build and send quotes to customers
  • Monitor and manage online sales requests and new leads requests
  • Provide hands on order management and support, as well as strategic advice on order optimization
  • Support new and existing sales partnerships for US PV business
  • Execute a high-touch Customer Operations model that includes proactive outreach to, and engagement with new and existing customers
  • Monitor and review analytics related to customers, and provide insights to management on key customer performance and areas of risk
