About The Position

Guardian Tax is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Irvine sales team. We’re looking for confident sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, handling objections, and helping individuals find solutions for their tax concerns. You’ll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt challenges. No cold calling is required — your focus will be on understanding each person’s situation, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

Requirements

• 6+ months of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales
• Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment

Nice To Haves

• Inside sales and phone-based sales experience
• Individuals from high-volume call center environments
• Commission-based and quota-driven sales professionals
• Experience in financial services, debt settlement, tax services, or other high-ticket sales
• Division I (D1) athletes

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
