As an Auto Inside Sales Representative, you’ll provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing experience required; 3+ years preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
- Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred
- College degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide insurance quotes
- Advise customers on coverage options
- Convert quotes into new policies
- Show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder
- Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience
- Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist potential customers
- Provide potential customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection
