About The Position

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries about our products. The role involves providing detailed product information, pricing, and technical support to customers and prospects. You will collaborate with the internal sales team to drive sales and achieve revenue goals while assisting with order entry, quoting, and tracking to ensure accurate and timely processing. Maintaining strong knowledge of company products, services, and sales processes is essential, as is supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years industry experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and handling high volumes of inbound inquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical product details.
  • Knowledge of construction industry products, terminology, and project workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities
