The Inside Sales Representative supports SMG’s sales organization by driving pipeline activity, managing inbound opportunities, and ensuring consistent follow-through across the sales process. This role partners closely with senior sales leaders to improve responsiveness, maintain pipeline momentum, and increase overall sales effectiveness. This position is designed as an entry point into SMG’s commercial organization, providing exposure to client engagement, sales processes, and SMG’s service offerings across industries. The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in responding to inbound leads, advancing active opportunities, and ensuring accurate and timely updates within Salesforce. Over time, this role develops the foundational skills required to progress into field-based or account-facing sales roles.
