About The Position

An Inside Sales Representative will develop and maintain open communication with Customers, Outside Sales Force, and APCT Production Teams concerning all aspects of the customer's engagement with AdvancedPCB. This role involves quoting PCBs, following up on quotes, booking and maintaining orders, and ensuring accurate order entry. The representative will also generate and interpret reports, resolve manufacturability issues, and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely product release and address customer concerns. Additionally, the role includes developing new accounts, managing customer inquiries, maintaining a safe work area, and completing internal documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and telephone communication techniques.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five or more years’ experience working in an inside sales environment, preferably in the PCB industry.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 10 pounds at times.
  • To comply to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

  • Quote PCBs from drawings or information supplied.
  • Follow up on daily quotes.
  • Book and maintain orders.
  • Maintain accurate order entry.
  • Generate and accurately interpret reports.
  • Resolve issues concerning manufacturability of products.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Quality Team pertaining to customer concerns and quality issues.
  • Collaborate with front end engineering to ensure accurate and timely product release.
  • Develops, solicits, and closes new accounts with or without the assistance of outside sales.
  • Manages various customer inquiries in respect to engagements with AdvacnedPCB.
  • Maintain a safe, neat and orderly work area.
  • Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
  • Work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs and solve issues.
