About The Position

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative at our Lexington, KY location. Our Sales & Marketing teams exceed customer expectations by developing close partnerships and leveraging deep industry expertise to position AgRevolution and AGCO and its core product brands as the brand of choice in each of our regional markets. The Inside Sales Representative will manage all the machine account activities that focus on customers and deliver annual budgeted revenue both retail sales and billings. The role will enhance dealer effectiveness with clear metrics to measure performance and opportunity resolution.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of equipment users and farming, consumer and agriculture and agricultural equipment – wholesale and retail selling
  • Knowledge of order entry, manufacturing systems, and basic awareness of electronic data processing and management.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Parts, Service departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Limited travel required to attend and support company required training, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Operate within all Inside Sales budgets assuring a high level of service to our customer.
  • Evaluate, assist in planning of inventory
  • Manage all dealer activity by maximized use of software and hardware systems for distribution, assuring efficient service to all sales disciplines
