Requirements

  • Excellent phone communication skills with a friendly, persuasive style.
  • Quick thinking and creative problem-solving to handle client needs effectively.
  • Resilience and a positive mindset to bounce back from challenges.
  • A passion for helping others achieve financial goals.
  • 3+ years in sales or client retention.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with phone-based work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen (Colorado-friendly).
  • Comfortable in an office setting with extended sitting/standing.
  • Must commute reliably to our Westminster, CO 80234 office (or relocate prior to start).

  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate High-Quality Referrals: Capitalize on every client interaction to confidently secure referrals and enroll new clients, even when it requires overcoming objections.
  • Master Client Retention: Convert cancellation requests into loyal, long-term clients by building strong value and leveraging persuasive communication to keep them enrolled.
  • Re-engage & Win Back Clients: Lead targeted outbound campaigns to reconnect with past clients, restore trust, and bring them back into the program.
  • Guide Clients to Successful Closings: Provide expert coaching and support to our B2C clients throughout the home buying journey, ensuring smooth loan closings and strong referral potential.
  • Drive Performance & Earnings: Consistently meet and exceed retention and referral quotas to unlock uncapped commission potential and contribute directly to company growth.

Benefits

  • Pay: $27/hr. Guaranteed bonus of $1,750/month for the first 6 months + $16/hour base (averaging $27/hour). Uncapped commissions beyond that and no limits on your earnings!
  • Earning Potential: Average annual earnings are anywhere from $60,000 - $75,000 with our top performers making $100,000-$125,000.
