About The Position
Inside Sales Representative at Sammons Industrial, an employee-owned company. SitePro Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries. This role involves preparing accurate rental quotes and invoices, resolving billing issues, and coordinating equipment pickups and returns. The position requires close collaboration with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs and order fulfillment.
Requirements
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and reporting
- Confidence learning and discussing equipment specs, availability, and basic operation
- High school diploma required
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or branch operations experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries
- Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices
- Help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions
- Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns
- Communicate equipment availability and expectations clearly
- Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment
