About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative for the Red Deer branch, you provide a strong commitment to customer service while successfully meeting customer requirements and following company guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, team, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software such as SAP.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be accurate with a high attention to detail.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license, non-GDL; must be able to provide a current driver’s abstract.
  • Applicants must participate in an alcohol and drug test and show compliance with Stream-Flo’s Alcohol and Drug Policy before being considered eligible for hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Related post-secondary/technical diploma is an asset.
  • Knowledge of wellhead equipment, drilling and completion operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing process and Engineering drawings and specifications is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming customer orders and inquiries for conventional wellhead, gate valve equipment, and service requirements.
  • Originate the order process and oversee to completion stage.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders and Sales Deliveries are generated for required equipment orders within the ERP system.
  • Enter notifications for the Branch into the ERP system.
  • Generate stock order requests, transfers and receiving functions.
  • Create and design wellhead quotations in a timely manner.
  • Request and compile information from Stream-Flo departments and Internal customers.
  • Collect and organize well information; maintain well files and Field Service records.
  • Work in conjunction with other groups and members such as Edmonton Inside Sales and Calgary Sales for quotes and project-based equipment.
  • Assist with annual inventory count.
  • Coordinate customer property assignments.
  • Receive and warehouse customer property.
  • On call responsibilities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
