About The Position

The leading Canadian-owned pest management company needs ambitious people to maintain and support several critical areas of our corporate and commercial sales programs. The position is sales-oriented and involves contacting both customers and people we’ve done business with by phone, email and text. This role requires a high level of independence, along with the ability to collaborate within a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be results-focused, a clear communicator, and enjoy helping customers by providing professional solutions for them. This is a salary position that will include monthly performance bonuses once the training and onboarding period has been completed. This is an in-office position, working at 246 Attwell Drive, Etobicoke, during regular business hours. Abell Pest Control does not use artificial intelligence or automated decision-making tools in the screening, assessment, or selection of job applicants. Requirements

  • Administrative work is required to support new sales and ensure accurate follow-through
  • Experience working with B2B sales teams.
  • Experience working in a sales environment.

Nice To Haves

  • French written and verbal communication is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting business customers Abell has done businesses with, by phone, email and text.
  • Existing customers may have service requests that will require dispatching to the appropriate Abell branch.
  • Involved in a comprehensive onboarding and training program.
  • Some administration is required to facilitate new sales.
