About The Position
Parts ASAP is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Bridgeport, NE. This role involves handling inbound customer calls and emails for pricing and parts availability, tracking down hard-to-find parts, building quotes, invoices, and freight estimates, and owning customer issues from start to finish. The position also requires building relationships with repeat customers and key accounts, making outbound calls to generate new business, and maintaining accurate records. Parts ASAP is a leading supplier of ag and construction equipment parts with extensive experience in the industry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Solid computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- A problem-solver's mindset and a genuine desire to help customers
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of sales experience in ag or construction parts
- Working knowledge of agricultural equipment
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails for pricing and parts availability
- Track down hard-to-find parts from our network of approved vendors when something's not in stock
- Build quotes, invoices, and freight estimates that keep customers moving
- Own issues from start to finish — and keep customers in the loop the whole way
- Build real, lasting relationships with repeat customers and key accounts
- Make outbound calls to reconnect with past customers and generate new business
- Keep detailed, accurate records so nothing falls through the cracks
