Inside Sales Rep- No Cold Calling
About The Position

Founded in 1998, PostcardMania is dedicated to making small business marketing better, smarter, and more fun. We are an Inc. 500 marketing powerhouse with over 350 employees, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. This role is ideal for strong phone salespeople who want to engage with clients who are eager to talk, as all sales are conducted over the phone with 100% inbound leads. We provide a steady stream of over 2,500 new business-owner leads each week, ensuring qualified conversations from day one. After training, you will focus on speaking with decision-makers who have already expressed interest, helping them select the right services for their businesses, eliminating the need for prospecting.
Requirements
- Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required
- Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone
- No fear of technology – comfortable with software
- Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out
- Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers
- Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed
- Desire to earn a significant amount of money
Responsibilities
- Speak with decision-makers who have already expressed interest in services.
- Help clients choose the right service for their business.
- Conduct all sales over the phone with 100% inbound leads.
- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company.
