As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service by managing sales transactions, generating quotes, and supporting both customers and the Outside Sales team through robust relationship building and teamwork.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service experience required
  • Immediate knowledge of MS Office and POS systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BisTrack software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer sales transactions, including in-person and phone orders, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service.
  • Generate quotes and process stock and special orders, leveraging product portals, competitive sourcing, and close collaboration with purchasing.
  • Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules with customers and sales reps, ensuring documentation and changes are handled accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Utilize and maintain expertise in POS and software systems for order entry, inventory control, and product sourcing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
  • Continuously build product knowledge to support upselling, substitutions, and competitive research, providing valuable insights to customers and the sales team.
