About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue through proactive outreach and account management. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and skilled at building rapport with customers. This position involves making outbound cold calls, following up on leads, managing house accounts, and supporting overall sales efforts from within the office.

Requirements

Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (cold calling required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)

Nice To Haves

Experience in industrial, janitorial, or B2B sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Familiarity with commercial cleaning products or industrial supply markets

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
Follow up with inbound leads and existing house accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and product information
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with outside sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
