About The Position

Collaborate daily with Regional Sales Manager for assigned territory to execute the sales proposal process for our industry leading product lines to our North American customers and distribution network. Responsible for CRM activities and project documentation management. Support Regional Sales Manager in pipeline management activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management
In depth experience of sales quotation tools
Working knowledge of qualifying opportunities, reviewing specifications/plans, and performing take-offs
Displays high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures
Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication
Ability to effectively work as an active and contributing member of a team to complete assignments and achieve goals
Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills and methods in difficult and complex situations to provide resolutions to customers
Excellent time management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office is required
Business writing is required

Nice To Haves

Fluency in Spanish is a plus (verbal & written)

Responsibilities

Provide sales support to Regional Sales Manager to maximize regional budget performance
Review & communicate technical information to customers, resellers and internal departments
Prepare proposals utilizing our Sales Run quotation software program
Plan, implement and communicate project scope of work and schedule
Assist Regional Sales Managers with sales pipeline management
Engage with Regional Sales Managers and Project Coordinators upon receipt of purchase order to ensure seamless internal handoff
