As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will be a passionate seller, a front lines liaison representing the Liberty brand, a reliable teammate, and a customer-centric closer who prioritizes integrity and customer needs.

Requirements

2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years sales experience preferred.
Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
