We are a food distribution company working with a variety of clients in a multi-state area. As a phone-based CSR, you will focus on assisting customers with a range of questions such as product questions, placing orders, assisting with processing credits, helping with identifying delivery dates/times for their location, answering billing questions, and even making outbound calls to existing customers to assist the Outside Sales team. Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills are essential.
