About The Position
This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Representative role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, customer service, and account management on a daily basis. This includes working with customers at our front counter, as well as via e-mail and phone.
Requirements
- Inside Sales and Account Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Experience in the Fastener industry as well as in Industrial supply sales (2 year minimum)
- Willing and able to learn and adopt company procedures and protocols
- Working knowledge of industrial supplies, safety products, welding products, abrasives, or fasteners
- 1-2 years minimum experience in Sales.
- Must be positive & growth oriented
- Communication skills verbal & written
- Team Player
- Knowledge of Windows Based computers
- Reliable Transportation
