Serve as an Inside Sales Representative and Project Manager, guiding customers through the entire project lifecycle—from initial quote through final delivery. In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them identify the right solutions while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Pre-sale responsibilities include educating customers, understanding and interpreting project requirements, developing project specifications, preparing estimates, and securing contracts and deposits. Post-sale, you'll coordinate order execution by partnering with technical services, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to customer expectations.
