As an Auto Sales Representative, you’ll provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with HS diploma
• 1+ year of sales experience with associate degree
• 3+ months of sales experience with bachelor’s degree
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume call center environments.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Active 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 Property & Casualty license (preferred).
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage with potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
• Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist potential customers.
• Provide potential customers peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection.
