Respond to inbound inquiries, provide product and service information, and expert advice and support. Identify potential leads and reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels. Process customer orders and prepare quotes. Manage customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Assist with pricing negotiations and provide support in closing sales. Collaborate with outside sales representatives, customer service, and operations teams to coordinate orders and deliveries. Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and address customer complaints. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics. Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. Cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction, customer retention, and gather feedback for service improvement. Conduct touch base meetings with branch managers and service managers to discuss upcoming equipment needs and collaborate to resolve issues.
