About The Position

Fenton Mobility is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is a vital link between our customers and our operations, managing the complete lifecycle of a sale from initial prospecting through to successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office technology (email, order entry systems).
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage complex order specifications without errors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with and resolve customer concerns.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Accurately process customer and website orders into our system, ensuring all specifications and data are correctly logged.
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time.
  • Conduct customer prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Manage the "full circle" of customer care, including handling quality claims, processing returns, and resolving delivery issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all interactions and sales stages within the CRM.
