About The Position

Point Global Logistics is a global, independent freight forwarder and logistics provider with branch offices in Asheville, Houston, Chicago, Charlotte, New Jersey, San Francisco, Dominican Republic, Sonora, Mexico, Hamburg, Germany, Frankfurt, Germany, Shanghai, China, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Brazil and an extensive network of 75 partners throughout 28 countries around the world. Founded in 2014, we deliver transportation solutions to our clients by matching our expertise with personal attention to every detail in the supply chain. As part of our focus on growth, process integration and service, we are now seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build and grow our present structure in the US.

Requirements

  • Strong Telephone Skills and Written Communication A Must
  • Ability to Multitask with Attention to Detail
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Able to work with a CRM & Sales platform
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with air, ocean, and land methods of transportation
  • Detailed and Organized
  • Proficient at MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Very familiar with CRM Applications such as Datamyne/ZoomInfo & Zoho
  • Availability to assist leadership with clients
  • Self-starter and fast learner
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Able to efficiently communicate concepts, ideas and information at both the user and client level
  • Fluent English speaker able to interact in a multi-cultural environment
  • Driven to succeed
  • College degree

Nice To Haves

  • One Year Proven Ground, Air, Ocean Freight Experience Preferred
  • Fast learner – able to grasp concepts outside area of expertise
