About The Position

Inside Sales Representative - Smooth Closing | Austin, TX (In-Office) At Smooth Closing, we're on a mission to become the largest direct-to-seller home buying company in Austin. As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to our company. Your job is to build immediate trust, understand their situation, and set the appointment for our acquisitions team to take it home. You'll also own the long-term follow-up on existing leads, staying organized, staying consistent, and making sure no opportunity falls through the cracks. This is a high-volume phone role. You'll be making and receiving a lot of calls every day, so comfort and confidence on the phone are a must. We're not just building a company, we're building a place people are proud to work.
