About The Position

Requirements
- Tired of cold calling and working long hours
- Passionate about helping customers while making great money
- Self-motivated by success and commission-driven earnings

- Excited to help customers protect one of their most important investments
- Experienced in automotive sales, dealership operations, or finance preferred

Responsibilities
- Speaking with recent sales and service customers on behalf of our franchise auto dealership partners
- Assisting customers with vehicle protection plan options based on driving habits, vehicle details, and budget
- Accurately presenting coverage options and benefits
- Building customer relationships while delivering a high-quality sales experience
Benefits
- Fully paid, comprehensive training
- Annual base pay of $31,200 - $42,000 (based on experience)
- Monthly Per sale commission
- Lucrative monthly incentive opportunities
- $125,000 - $175,000 + On-Target Annual Earnings for top performers
