About The Position

AMSOIL INC. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative at our Superior, WI location! We are looking for a relationship-focused, customer-driven Inside Sales Representative who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, building strong business relationships, and helping customers grow their success with AMSOIL. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our Dealers and retail/commercial accounts by providing outstanding service, identifying growth opportunities, and helping customers maximize the value of their AMSOIL partnership. Your efforts directly contribute to customer retention, sales growth, and the continued expansion of our Dealer Sales channel. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll develop your skills while making a meaningful impact on our customers and business.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of customer service, sales, account support, or related experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Eligibility for domestic travel as needed.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience using CRM or customer relationship management systems.
Experience supporting business customers, commercial accounts, or dealer networks.
Knowledge of consultative selling, account management, or relationship-building strategies.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with Dealers and accounts, helping them understand AMSOIL products, programs, promotions, and business opportunities.
Support Dealers in servicing accounts and identifying ways to grow their business.
Proactively contact Dealers through sales and service campaigns related to promotions, new products, purchasing trends, and program opportunities.
Serve as a trusted resource by helping resolve customer concerns and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
Process customer orders, monitor shipments, and ensure customer expectations are met.
Reach out to self-registered leads, introduce them to AMSOIL programs and benefits, and help guide them through their first purchase.
Document customer, account, and Dealer interactions within CRM systems to support ongoing service and communication.
Identify opportunities for product expansion and share recommendations with Dealers and customers.
Participate in account visits and ongoing business development activities as needed.
Contribute ideas to improve sales programs, promotions, training opportunities, and customer engagement strategies.
