The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports the Egg business within the Consumer Products Division by driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across targeted accounts. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, supporting key account initiatives, generating new business opportunities, and serving as a primary internal liaison between customers and cross-functional teams. The ISR will develop a strong understanding of Fiber’s molded fiber packaging solutions—including egg cartons, trays, and specialty protective packaging—as well as our FFS rPET and foam polystyrene product offerings. This individual will build deep knowledge of customer applications and market positioning, leveraging product expertise and market insights to deliver value-added solutions, differentiating our offerings, and support the division’s growth and profitability objectives.
