Under direct supervision, provides sales and customer service activities primarily related to retail customers utilizing knowledge of sales techniques and industry knowledge. This role involves selling, repairing, and maintaining archery equipment, and providing customer service via walk-in, telephone, or email. The representative will assist with product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges, requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures, and practices. They will actively engage in selling company products/services, provide material estimates and quotes, enter orders, and schedule deliveries. The position also requires planning work efficiency to meet productivity goals, participating in customer workshops, handling customer complaints, and assisting with store operations such as housekeeping, signage, stocking, and inventory control. Safety procedures must be understood and observed.
