About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative – Hard Parts is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and sales support to both retail and commercial customers. This role focuses on assisting customers in selecting the correct hard parts, processing orders, and identifying opportunities for additional sales to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or retail experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Basic knowledge of automotive hard parts and systems
• Proficient with point-of-sale or order entry systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic or technical tools

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to support sales of hard parts.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate automotive hard parts using product knowledge and system tools.
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timeliness and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with a focus on service and satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase product usage.
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to confirm product availability.
• Support outside sales with quoting and customer follow-up.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of company product lines, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and KPIs.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
