About The Position

At Pride Motor Group, we are looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative who possesses a rare blend of high-energy communication, relentless task discipline, and on-camera charisma. In this role, you aren't just "answering phones." You are an Inside Sales professional and the architect of the customer’s first impression. You are the engine that drives our dealership’s success by selling the value of our brand, handling pricing inquiries, and securing firm appointments.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable and enthusiastic about recording short, professional videos for customer outreach.
  • The ability to handle "No" and turn it into a "Yes" through persistence and empathy.
  • If you have previous sales or telemarketing experience, you must bring an open mind and a willingness to learn the "Pride Way" of doing business.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing new internet leads, responding with speed, and sending personalized video introductions.
  • Executing high-volume outbound calls and texts to your database to re-engage past customers.
  • Handling inbound calls and pricing questions by shifting the focus to the unique experience Pride Kia offers.
  • Setting firm appointments and coordinating with the showroom sales team for a seamless handoff.
  • Meticulously updating the CRM so that every customer's journey is documented.
